Xenia Ruth LaBaw, 75, of Rochester passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021 at St. Marys Hospital.

Xenia was born September 23, 1945 in Sioux Falls, SD to Chilton and Ruth (Reeves) Hagan. She graduated from Rochester Central High School in 1963 and attended the Chicago Institute of Art.  She was a very talented artist and writer. Her works are in homes all over the globe.  She was a loving and and caring person, a devoted wife, mother, and friend.  She loved reading her bible, spending time with her Lord and Savior, praying for others, and spending time with her family and friends.  She always had a smile on her face and a kind and generous heart.  She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Xenia was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Rochester. She was very active within the church and loved her walk with the Lord.

She is survived by her husband, Ben; children, Veth LaBaw and Laura Chea; and two brothers, Sandy (Jan) Hagan and Jack Hagan. Xenia was preceded in death by her parents; and sister-in-law, Wendy Hagan.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 27, 2021 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Rochester. Friends may visit one hour before the service at church on Saturday. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Rochester.
