The funeral service for William W. Judd will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, at the Macken Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bruce Buller officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Rochester.

Mr. Judd, 70, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at Saint Marys Hospital, following a short illness.

He was born July 27, 1939, in Rochester, to Frank and Lucille Judd. On May 15, 1959, he married Louise A. Mosing in Rochester. Louise is a retired city employee.

Mr. Judd spent his whole life in Rochester, working for the City of Rochester Water Department from 1960 to 1984. In his retirement, he worked for the city park department.

He enjoyed fishing, traveling, family and friends.

He is also survived by a son, Jeffrey (Colleen) Judd, and a daughter, Barbara (Randy) Feehan, both of Rochester; and four grandchildren, Ryan, Erik, Trevor and Alyssa.

Friends may call an hour before the service on Saturday (10 a.m. to 11 a.m.).

The family prefers memorials to the Eagle Cancer Telethon.
