On April 5, 2013 at the age of 86, Warren "Bud" Randall passed away peacefully at his daughter's home in Wabasha surrounded by family. Warren Albert Randall of Rochester, formally of Wabasha, MN was affectionately known as "Bud". He had fought a courageous battle of cancer for 11 years.

Survivors include a son Dan (Julie) Randall of Mesa, Arizona; son James (LuAnn) Randall of Rochester, MN; son Roger Randall of Baldwin, WI; daughter Lynn (Jeff) Sandstrom of Wabasha, MN and son-in-law Reverend Michael Gustafson of Longville, MN. Ten grandchildren and two great- grandchildren also survive. In addition, two sisters, Lillian Leqve and June (Bill) Maxon and two brothers, Floyd Randall and John (Germaine) Randall, all of Rochester, survive.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Donna Marie (La Pierre) Randall, daughter Teresa Gustafson, parents Warren and Marie Randall, infant brother Roger, childhood sister Eileen, adult sisters Virginia Raymond and Marie Ann Lacourse.

Warren was born to Warren and Marie (Grothe) Randall on August 6, 1926 in Rochester. On August 20, 1950 he married Donna Marie La Pierre of Faribault, MN. They spent the majority of their married life in Wabasha, MN. Donna passed away October 6, 2007 after 57 years of marriage.

Warren had several careers and of his favorite was contracting work where he concentrated his work mainly in Wabasha, MN. He enjoyed playing cards, woodworking, spending time outdoors, on the Mississippi river and was an avid Minnesota Twins/Vikings fan. Bud enjoyed traveling and socializing with friends and family. He loved his family and especially the times he spent with his grandchildren, fishing, cooking, and attending baseball games. Bud was an active member of Faith Lutheran church in Wabasha, MN. Warren proudly served in the US Navy during WWII.  He also was a member of Rochester American Legion Post 92 and Wabasha VFW Post 4086.

A Memorial Service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church in Wabasha, MN on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 11:00AM, officiated by Rev. David Knox. Military rites will be provided at the church by both American Legion Post 50 and VFW Post 4086 of Wabasha.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 9 ^th at River Park Chapel of Macken Funeral Home in Rochester from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Friends may also call one hour prior to the service at the church in Wabasha.
