Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away January 8th, 2011 surrounded by family at age 82.  Preceded in death by Joseph A. Blakley her husband of 52 years, mother Edna (Cummins) Lenox and Father James B. Lenox.

Survivors include, daughter Mollie (John) Theel, son, Stephen (Jane) Blakley, grandchildren, Ryan (Heather) Theel, Laura (Dave) Burrell, Elizabeth Blakley, great grandchild, Caden Burrell and one brother, Merlyn (Lavon) Lenox and several nieces and nephews.

Virginia (Ginny) retired in 1991 from various bookkeeping jobs.  She enjoyed being surrounded by family, cooking, gardening, bird watching, cats and various crafts.

A visitation will be held on Monday, January 10 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.  The funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday January 11 at the Evangel United Methodist Church with Pastor Jeff Utecht officiating.  Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery in Stewartville, MN.

Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's disease research, Evangel United Methodist, Madonna Towers Foundation or Seasons Hospice.
