The funeral Mass for Stephen C. "Steve" Brossard will be 11:00AM August 16, 2010 at Macken Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mr. Brossard, age 61, formerly of Rochester, died Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Good Samaritan Society in Minneapolis.

He was born Steven Craig Brossard August 28, 1948 at Rochester, MN to Louis and Helen M. (Bucher) Brossard. He graduated from Lourdes High School in 1966 and served in the army two tours of duty in Vietnam. He worked for Rochester Sand and Gravel as an operating engineer in Rochester. He belonged to the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49.

He is survived by a son, Travis of Rochester and a daughter, Stephanie Hermann of Eau Claire; three grandchildren also survive. His mother Helen of Rochester survives along with three brothers; Paul and Michael (Sandy), both of Rochester and Greg of Costa Rica.
