The funeral Mass for Sandra J. "Sandy" Naylor will be at 10:30AM Thursday, September 2, 2010 at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Rochester officiated by Rev. Charlie Collins.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Ms. Naylor, age 58, former Rochester resident, died Sunday, August 29, 2010 of natural causes at her home in Madison, Wisconsin.

She was born Sandra Jean Naylor on January 29, 1952 in Rochester.  She grew up in Rochester, attended St. Pius X Catholic  School and graduated from Lourdes High School in 1970.   She graduated in 1974 from St. Cloud State with a degree in sociology and psychology.  She has resided the past 20 years in Madison and worked for Baer Insurance.  She dearly loved her nieces and nephews, and family gatherings were the highlight of her life.

Survivors include her parents, Eugene and Bernadine Naylor of Rochester; four sisters, Margaret Yonkovich of Blythe, CA, Diane (Bruce) Swedell of Ham Lake, MN, Sharon (Jerry) Donney of Rochester, Nancy (Brian) Harrison of Appleton, WI; one brother, Steve (Kathy) Naylor of Hayward, WI; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to Mayo Clinic for Diabetes Research, St. Pius X Catholic Church and Lourdes High School.

A rosary is scheduled prior to the Mass at 9:00AM Thursday (Sept. 2) followed by visitation.  Macken Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
