Robert William Hust, 55 of Stewartville, passed away on December 27, 2015 at Rochester Methodist Hospital following an illness with Leukemia.

Bob was born on March 12, 1960 in Rochester to John and Anne Hust. He graduated from John Marshall High School and attended RCTC. In May of 1984 he married Debra Ann Joyce. Bob retired from IBM Rochester after over 33 years. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener. For Bob, family and friends always came first.

He is survived by his wife Debbie of Stewartville, a daughter Heather of La Crescent, MN, a son Luke (Amanda) of Mazeppa, MN, siblings Barb Brown of Deridder, LA,  Chris Persinger of Rochester, Terri (Steve) Berndt of Rochester, John (Nancy) Hust of Wabasha, MN, Steve (Anne) Hust of Scottsdale, AZ, Val (Charlie) Smart of Rochester, Richard (Kris) Hust of Oronoco, and Tony (Patty) Hust of Chino Valley, AZ.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother James, two brother-in-laws Steve Brown and Mike Persinger.

A Memorial Service for Bob will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, January 2, 2016 in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home officiated by Deacon John Hust. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Memorials are preferred to the Eagles Cancer Telethon.
