Born on December 31st, 1954, in Laos, Randee Soukka passed away surrounded by his love ones October 6th, 2026 in Rochester, Minnesota.

He was an entertainer! loved being around family and friends and playing with his grandkids.

Randee loves the outdoors, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and hiking.

Survivors of Randee Soukka include his daughters, Phat Soukka, Phuangsida Soukka, his step daughters here in Rochester, Minnesota and California, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Randee preceded in death by his beloved wife Kheng Soukka.
