The graveside service for Phyllis Margarita Bakker will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday May 17, 2014 at Grandview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Rochester with Rev. Herman Bakker officiating.

Mrs. Bakker age 94 of Ostrander, formerly of Rochester died February 27, 2014 at Ostrander Nursing Home, in Ostrander.

Phyllis was born August 5, 1919 in Rochester, to Joseph and Lydia Rezab Kubis. On November 9, 1946 she married Wiard "Dutch" Bakker at the Church of Peace in Rochester. Mr. Bakker died June 2, 2002.

Survivors include her two sons, Joseph J. Bakker of Vernal, Utah, and David Bakker of Clinton MT. She also is survived by two grandchildren, David Jr. and Tara Peterson, and four great grandchildren.

Phyllis loved to knit, Crochet, and sew, as well as hunt and fish with her husband. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as growing flowers and vegetables in her garden.
