Paul Dennis Bushee, age 57 of Rochester passed away on Friday, March 25, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester following a courageous battle with cancer.

Paul was born on August 5, 1953 in Grand Forks, ND to Arnold and Barbara Bushee.  He graduated from Erskine High School in 1971.  He married Susan Gaalswyk in Erskine, MN in 1975. The couple moved to Rochester, and were later divorced. Paul worked in sales for many years selling mobile homes and trucks, one part at a time. He enjoyed golfing, watching sports, driving his Ford Mustang, and taking trips to Las Vegas.  Paul deeply loved his daughters, and was commonly known to grill up a feast for them, his family, and his friends.

Paul is survived by his children, Heather (Rogers) Bushee of Rollingstone, MN, and Stephanie (Tom) Heins and their son Tommy of Rochester, and a sister, Karen Bushee of White Bear Lake, MN.  He is preceded in death by his parents, a stepfather, and a brother.

A memorial gathering will be held on the evening of Wednesday, March 30, 2011 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the new River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home. Burial of ashes will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Grand Forks, ND at a later date.
