The funeral for Nancy Lee Besaw will be at 2:00pm on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at River Park Chapel, Macken Funeral Home with Pastor Heather Klason officiating.  Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens in Rochester.  Visitation will be held from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at River Park Chapel, Macken Funeral Home.

Ms. Besaw, 75, of Rochester, MN died Friday (January 13, 2017) at Seasons Hospice.  Nancy was born April 26, 1941 in Omro, Wisconsin.

Nancy graduated from Omro High School in 1959.  She lived in various cities throughout her life including Omro Wisconsin, Milwaukee Wisconsin, Wanamingo Minnesota, and Pflugerville Texas before settling in Rochester.

Survivors include Nancy's daughter Sharon Schlaefer of Temple, TX and her son James Besaw of Stamford, CT, as well as five grandchildren Adrianna, Meredith, Jillian, Cameron and Alex.

Nancy loved children, animals, reading, and spending precious time with her family.  She was always light-hearted and loved to laugh with family and friends.

Memorials are preferred to the Paws and Claws of Rochester.
