Lou is survived by her mother, Patsy, of Rochester; one sister, Sue (Jeff) VanVonderen of St. Paul, five brothers and their families; Paul (Katie, Gabriel, Ben, and Rebecca) Reitemeier of Rockford, Michigan; Joe (Pat, Michele, Brent (Amber), Stephanie and Chris (Jen)) Reitemeier of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; Robert (Pamela, Alex, Jacob and Sam) Reitemeier; of St. Albans, England; Patrick (Diane Nordquist) Reitemeier, Minneapolis; Dan (Wendy, Chelsey Sprouse, Colin and Cassidy) Reitemeier; Palm Bay, Florida along with her very special niece Katie Grohs of St. Paul. She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Richard Reitemeier MD.

Lou was a very special friend, not only to her family, but to everyone who was lucky enough to know her. Lou was the family historian, a devout Christian, an avid and artistic card maker, nature lover, world traveler and was known for always remembering everyone's special events with her beautiful handmade cards.

We are so grateful to the many doctors and nurses who cared for Lou over the last year, especially the staff at Minnesota Oncology.
