The funeral service for Marvin Teske will be at 11:00am on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at the River Park Chapel, Macken Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Bauch officiating.  Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.  A visitation will be from 4:00pm – 7:00pm Tuesday evening and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the River Park Chapel, Macken Funeral Home.

Marvin Teske, 92 of Rochester MN died peacefully on Saturday, June 6th at St. Marys Hospital.

Marvin was born April 7th, 1923 in Rochester MN to Henry and Kate Teske.  He married "his girl", the love of his life, Emma Mae Kempe on June 3rd, 1950. Together they had 3 children, Steve, Sherry and Deb.  Marv was a homebuilder and carpenter until his retirement in 1985.

Marv loved his family and especially loved playing with all the grand babies.  He had a love for all cars old and new.  He enjoyed remodeling anything and everything and could make something out of nothing.

Survivors include his wife Emma Teske, son Steve (Karen) Teske, daughters Sherry Moyer (Gerry Olson) and Deb (Nile) Anderson.  Six grandchildren, Sarah Nelson, Kevin (Rita) Moyer, Matthew (Ana) Teske, Jesse Anderson, Ross (Bridget) Moyer and Lee Anderson.  Five great grandchildren, Emma and Maggie Nelson, Lila Teske, Piper Moyer and Alexys Hawkins Moyer.  He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
