Lyle Allen Kleppe, age 73 of Mazeppa, passed away on July 2, 2013.

Lyle was born May 19, 1940 to Lewis and Edith Kleppe in Bergen, North Dakota.  He moved to Stewartville, MN and was an employee of Waters Instruments until his retirement. Lyle loved crafts, woodworking, nature, and raising chickens.

He is survived by his a son Tim (Donna) Kleppe of Cokato, MN, a daughter Teresa (Chuck) Kraemer of Rochester, seven grandchildren,  seven great-grandchildren, brothers Lauren, Roger, Arnold, Keith, and a sister Iris.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother Richard, and a sister, Bernadine.

A memorial service for Lyle will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 1:00pm at the Macken Funeral Home's Original Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
