The funeral service for Lori Ann Hanna will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2011 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Rochester, Minn., with the Rev. James Heining officiating.  Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the new River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home and one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.

Lori Hanna, 47, of Rochester, Minn., died Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at St. Marys Hospital.

Lori was born November 27, 1963 to Stanley L. and Joan V. (Newman) Koch in Sioux City, Iowa.

On April 7, 1994 she married Michael Hanna in Rochester.

After completion of her registered nursing degree, Lori worked at the Federal Medical Center and the Mayo Clinic.

Survivors include her husband, Michael; children, Shane R. Falkenhagen (Fiance Kandi) of Rochester, Nicole R. Hanna of Rochester and Nicholas F. Hanna of Rochester; parents, Stanley and Joan Koch of Rochester; sister, Teri L. Koch of Des Moines, IA and five grandchildren; Jay, Hailey, Amelia, Jake and Lilley.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents.

Lori loved animals, being outdoors and mostly spending time with family and friends.

Memorials are preferred to Paws & Claws Animal Shelter in honor of Lori's love for animals.
