Linda Thiemann, 69, of Elk Grove, CA passed away Saturday, January 2, 2021 at her home.

Linda Ruth Smith was born in Rochester, MN on August 20, 1951 to Elmer and Ruth Smith.

Linda was a wonderful, loving, and caring mother and grandmother. A strong woman who took pride in her work. Her hobbies included gambling, gardening, and caring for her home and land.

Linda worked for McKesson's HBOC, West Sacramento, CA, as an Inventory Control Clerk for over 28 years.

Survivors include her two sons, Edward Thiemann of Elk Grove CA, and Keith Thiemann of Loveland CO; Two grandchildren, Alexys Cellini of Natomas CA, and Ryan Thiemann of Elk Grove CA; Two sisters, Betty (Curt) Kohn of Rochester MN, and Barb (Terry) Haaf of Starbuck, MN; Two brothers, Don Smith of Rochester, MN, and Charles Smith of Rochester, MN.

She is preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Ruth Smith, and two brothers Harry and Larry.

A Memorial Gathering for Linda will be held from 10:00AM to 12:00PM on Wednesday, February 17th, 2021 in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home. Burial of her ashes will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Rochester, MN.
