Lea Lyn Hizon Payne, age 35, of Rochester, MN, died Monday, November 8, 2021, at her home.

She was born July 24, 1986, in Camarines Norte, Philippines, the daughter of Orlando and Nimfa Hizon. Lea was a wonderful homemaker, and liked to have a clean house. She enjoyed going camping, and fishing. She liked to go shopping at the mall. She loved all kinds of coffee and tea drinks, especially Starbucks and Kung Fu Tea. She was a great cook. She had a very big heart, and loved spending time with her family. She had an excellent sense of humor, and enjoyed making people laugh. She accepted Jesus into her heart a few months ago. She was a very loving and caring mother, and wife.

She is survived by her husband, Christian, of Rochester; children: Razi, Dakota, Angelo, AJ, Trisha, Sam, and Kaden; mother, Nimfa; 7 siblings; and mother and father-in-law, Sue and Herb Davis.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 3:00PM at Praise Tabernacle House of Prayer in Rochester. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
