The family wishes to thank all who attended his Living Memorial in October to share memories with Jerry in person proving that Jerry's desire to do God's will and use skills given to him were fulfilled to the best of his human ability. His heart and spirit were lifted by this sharing and presence.
A very special thank you also goes out to the Mayo Hospice staff and to Dr. Henry Schultz for their supportive care over these last months. They were Jerry's "earth angels" assisting him and his family on his last journey.
In lieu of flower memorials, please direct donations to either Mayo Hospice or the Poverello fund at St. Marys Hospital.
