The funeral Mass for Helen Brossard will be at 11:00AM, Friday, July 18, 2014 at Madonna Towers Chapel in Rochester, officiated by Rev. James Russell.  Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday at Madonna Towers.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mrs. Brossard, age 93, a life-long area resident, passed away at Madonna Towers Health Care Facility on Saturday, July 12, 2014.

She was born Helen Mary Bucher on July 11, 1921 at Pine Island, Minnesota to John and Annie (Kennedy) Bucher.  She married Louis J. Brossard on May 8, 1945 at St. John's Catholic Church in Rochester.  Mr. Brossard passed away on March 11, 1994.

Helen was a receptionist at Madonna Towers for 37 years.  She enjoyed cooking, gardening and travelling.

She is survived by three sons, Michael (Sandy) Brossard, Paul Brossard and Gregory Brossard; seven grandchildren, Shelley (Troy) Bjerke, Kerry (Jody) Brossard, Kyle Brossard, Travis Brossard, Stephanie (Jeff) Herman, Taylor Brossard and Aaron Brossard; and great grandchildren, Breanna, Calvin, Tyler, Cody, Emily, Ella and Max.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son Stephan and grandson Cory.
