Hazel Irene Krahn 80, of Rochester, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at her residence.  She was born May 18, 1931, in Rochester, MN to Fred and Agnes Krahn.

Hazel loved going for boat rides, playing cards, going out to eat, and playing dice with her mother.

She is survived by her two brothers, Ken of Rochester, MN and Jerry (Peg) of Portland, OR.  She was preceded in death by her mother and father, five brothers, Fred, Richard, Donald, Robert and Carl "Butch."  She was also preceded in death by one sister, Joan Gallagher.

A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, April 30 at 10:30AM at The River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul E. Nelson officiating.  Visitation will be held Monday, April 30 at The River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home from 9:30AM to 10:30AM.  Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
