The funeral Mass for Geraldine M. "Gerri" Mross will be at 11:00AM  Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church  in Rochester with Rev. Timothy T. Reker officiating.  Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00AM Wednesday prior to the service.  Burial will be at  Oakwood Cemetery in Rochester.

Mrs. Mross, 86, of Rochester, died on August 8, 2014 at Madonna Meadows.

Gerri was born April 16, 1928 in Rochester to James & Florence (Duff) Miller.  She graduated from Rochester High School.  She married Wesley Mross on June 17, 1948 at St. John's Catholic Church in Rochester.  She was a homemaker and did volunteer work in the community.  She played golf and tap danced throughout her life.

Survivors include her husband, Wesley Mross, her daughter, Sandra (Chris) Thompson of Wisconsin, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her son Mark, who passed away in 2001, and her siblings Bob, Bill and Marilyn.

Memorials are preferred to Madonna Towers or Seasons Hospice.
