The funeral for Frank L. Lebeck will be held at 1:00p.m. Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Bethel Lutheran Church in Rochester with Pastor Wahl officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral home and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.

Frank, 81, of Rochester, MN, died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at St Marys hospital. Frank was born April 19, 1936 in Kasson, MN to Lewis and Bertha Lebeck.

Frank graduated from Rochester High School. On September 10, 1960, he married his beloved wife of 57 years, Bladwin (Bobbie) Olson, at Whalan Lutheran church in Whalan, MN. The couple lived in Rochester their entire lives. Frank worked as an engineer at IBM and retired after 33 ½ years.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Frank (Lisa) and Brock (Danna) of Rochester; two grandchildren, Blair and Jay; and a sister, Phyllis of South Carolina. He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and an infant son.

After retirement, Frank and Bobbie enjoyed traveling around the world and gave their time for twenty years doing National disaster work for The American Red Cross. They also enjoyed antique collecting,spending time  with their grandchildren and attending their grandchildren's sporting events. Frank was an avid Minnesota Twins, Vikings and Wild fan. Frank also kept busy doing jigsaw puzzles and reading books.
