Emmric Kehoe, a beautiful and deeply loved 5-year-old girl, passed away, leaving behind a family forever changed by the joy of knowing and loving her.

In five years, Emmric filled more hearts and created more memories than words can capture. She brought with her the wonderful things that belong especially to childhood: laughter and silliness, imagination and curiosity, big feelings, little adventures, and the ability to make every moment feel special simply by being there.

Emmric had a personality all her own. She loved books, dragons, dinosaurs, and Paw Patrol. She could often be found dancing, singing, swimming, and, of course, educating others. Those who knew her will always remember her smile, her giggle, her beautiful blue eyes, and her zest for life. She had a special way of making everyone feel seen and important.

Emmric was a beloved daughter to Jordan and Brittany, a cherished sister to Eaghan, and a treasured granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend. To her family, though, those words can never fully describe who she was. She was Emmric. She was part of the noise of the house, the family routines, the bedtime stories, the celebrations, the laughter, the hugs, and a thousand tiny moments no one realized they would someday give anything to have back.

She was loved completely and unconditionally.

Five years could never have been enough. There were so many things her family wanted to see Emmric experience and so many memories they wanted to make alongside her.

But Emmric’s life will never be defined only by its ending.

It will be remembered in her smile and laughter. In the stories her family will tell again and again about how she actually thought she was a real dragon. In moments that unexpectedly bring her rushing back into someone’s mind. And in the countless ways loving Emmric changed the people fortunate enough to know her.

Her family will continue to speak her name, tell her stories, and carry her with them through all the days ahead.

Please hold the children in your life close. Listen to them, be patient, celebrate who they are, and cherish every moment.

Emmric was here for five precious years.

She mattered beyond measure.

And she will be loved forever.

Emmric is survived by her parents, Brittany and Jordan Kehoe, brother, Eaghan Kehoe, Maternal Grandparents, Colleen and Larry Sallee, Paternal Grandparents, Erika and Ryan Kehoe, Uncles and Aunts, Zach and Jen Sallee, and Taylor Kehoe and Brittany McCullough, cousins, Chloe, Beau, Brooklynn, Bradley, and Wyatt, and great-grandmother, Barb Kehoe.

A Celebration of Life for Emmric will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to come together to celebrate Emmric and the joy she brought into the lives of those who knew her. Those who wish to, please wear blue, Emmric’s favorite color, in her honor.
