Della "Grace" Lisi, of Rochester, died peacefully in her daughter's home Friday, Jan. 27, 2012, at the age of 90. She was surrounded by her daughters, granddaughters and great-granddaughter.

Grace Kraker was born Oct. 23, 1921, in Gilbert, Minn., to John and Mary Kraker. She was one of 11 brothers and sisters. She graduated from Gilbert High School and St. Mary's School of Nursing in 1945. She married Bruno Lisi in Gilbert. They made their home in Rochester.

Grace was an active member of Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church, St. Mary's Auxiliary, the Reading for the Blind Program and the Red Hat Society. She was loved by anyone who knew her.

She is survived by a sister, Jeanne (Ralph) Smith of White Bear Lake; daughters, Joan (Timothy Paul-Lisi McCoy) Lisi-McCoy of Minneapolis, Della (Rob) Kerr of California and Anita Flesher of Rochester; granddaughters, Emily, Katherine, Mary Grace and Ann Flesher of Rochester, and Amelia Lisi of St. Cloud; and great-granddaughter, Damiya Flesher of Rochester. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bruno; sons, John and Christopher; son-in-law, Greg Flesher; daughter-in-law, Eileen Sisk; three brothers and six sisters.

Memorials are preferred to the Mayo Clinic Poverello Fund.

A Funeral Mass for Grace will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church, with the Rev. Msgr. Gerald A. Mahon officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 30, in River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home, and one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
