The memorial service for Dean J. Rinde will be at 2:00pm on Thursday August 8, 2013 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (559 20 ^th Street SW, Rochester) with Pastor Ann Siverling officiating.  Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery with Military Honors provided by American Legion, Post 92.  The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Dean J. Rinde, 89, of Rochester passed away peacefully at his home on August 3, 2013.

Dean Joseph Rinde was born on November 14, 1923 in Grafton, ND to Joseph and Verna (Jacobson) Rinde.  Dean served in the Army Air Corp ; soon after his discharge of service he married Bernice K. (Kjelland) Rinde on June 21, 1953 in Park River, ND.  Dean and Bernice just celebrated their 60 ^th wedding anniversary in June.  He worked in the automobile industry his entire career retiring from Adamson Motors in Rochester.

He is survived by his wife Bernice; two sons, Scott Rinde of Phoenix, Arizona and Paul (Lisa) Rinde of Minnetonka; one granddaughter Alexa; one nephew and four nieces.  He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister Helen Hoener; one  brother David Rinde.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or donor's choice.
