David Allen Beach, beloved son, brother, nephew, and good friend to many, passed away peacefully at the age of 51 on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at his residence in Rochester. David was born on January 4, 1959 in Rochester to Eugene and Glennis Beach. He attended John Marshall High School, and graduated in 1977.  David worked at various businesses in Rochester, including the Holiday Corporation, Motel 6, and most recently at HyVee North.

He is survived by his father Eugene of Rochester, three brothers, Robert (Linda) Beach of Dodge Center, Richard Beach of Rochester and Daniel Beach of Burnsville. He is preceded in death by his mother Glennis, who passed away in 2009.

David was a dedicated sports fan and loved the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Twins, and the Minnesota Wild. He was also an avid NASCAR fan.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, August 16, 2010, at Redeemer Lutheran Church with Pastor James Heining officiating. Burial of ashes will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 15, 2010 from 3pm to 6pm at Macken Funeral Home, and one hour prior to services at the church.

Memorials are preferred to Redeemer Lutheran Church, or to the choice of the donor.
