Daniel Lee Burt-Vasquez, 22, of Rochester, MN died Saturday, November 11, 2023, at his home.

Daniel was born May 21, 2001, in Rochester, MN to Amanda Burt. He attended school at ALC in Rochester.

Daniel will be missed by so many. He was known for his kind heart, his want to always help someone, his loyalty, his truthfulness, and his smile and laugh could always cheer everyone up. He was always respectful, considerate, helpful, never judgmental. Always provided a helping hand. He was a star on the field and court. He loved his SMA team. He was the biggest Vikings fan, just like his mama.

He is survived by his mother, Amanda McIntyre, stepfather, Daniel McIntyre, brother, Connor Burt, grandmother, Rhodonna Soto; many aunts and uncles, and so many cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandpa John Burt, uncle Joseph "Jrocc" Payton, and many beloved friends and family members.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 18, 2023 in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home in Rochester. Visitation will be 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday, November 17, 2023, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home.
