Charlene, 87, of Rochester, died of COPD Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Madonna Towers skilled nursing in Rochester.

Chy was born on May 19, 1933 in Byron. She graduated from Byron High School in 1952.She worked at Chain Drive, Rochester Dairy, and Libby's where she met Sy Sullivan. They married on November 17, 1962, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Kasson, MN.

She is survived by her sister, Marilyn (Dub) Taylor; three nieces; several great nieces and nephew; and great-great nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sy; her parents, Clarence and Mae Hagen; and infant brother.

A private Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, July 16, at Grandview Memorial Gardens.
