Beverly C.
Snow
June 26, 1950 – July 28, 2025
With deep sorrow and profound love, we share the passing of Beverly Catherine Snow, a woman of extraordinary compassion, fierce loyalty, and vibrant spirit, who departed this life on Monday, July 28th at the age of 75.
A devoted wife, beloved mother, cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, Beverly was the heart of her family and a guiding light to all who knew her. She devoted her life to uplifting others through her work as a social worker, championing recovery and pioneering Drug Court programs that transformed lives. With boundless empathy and unwavering support, she offered guidance and hope to countless individuals and families navigating their darkest moments.
Her own journey of sobriety spanned over four remarkable decades—41 years, one day at a time, of unwavering strength, grace, and resilience. Not only did she walk the path herself, but she held the hands of many as they found their way to healing. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the hope she inspired.
Beverly had a wild heart and an adventurous soul, never happier than when she rode through the open road on the back of Jerry's Harley (or on her own), wind in her hair and love in her laugh. The only moment that rivaled this happiness is when she held a baby in her arms. Most notably her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Beverly is survived by her life partner and husband for the last three decades, Jerry Snow, her children Christine (Robert) Baker and Joseph Roche, grandchildren Sonora (Evan) Purrier, Lauryn and Jordyn Baker, great-grandchildren Tobias and Caroline Purrier, and her BEST buddy and Sponsor Else (Randy) Taylor, along with a multitude of friends who became her family. Beverly was proceeded in death by her loving parents, Patricia and Clinton Peterson.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Zumbro Community Church, 58354 Wabasha County RD 7, Zumbro Falls, MN 55991, on Saturday, August 23 rd at 2:00pm where family and friends will gather to celebrate her extraordinary life.
Her impact was immeasurable, and while words fall short, we carry her love forward in every memory, every story shared, and in the kindness we offer others.
As written by Beverly, "My family and friends should not grieve my loss but instead celebrate my life as it has been full, totally enjoyed, and I was loved so deeply by them all."
