The funeral Mass for Ann E. Parker, 97 of Rochester, will be at 10:00am Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Pax Christi Catholic Church in Rochester with Rev. Joseph Fogal officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.  Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery in New Hope, MN.

Mrs. Parker died Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at her home.

She was born January 27, 1917 in Chisholm, MN.  She was reared there and after high school moved to Minneapolis and worked at the Department of Public Health for many years.  On May 15, 1954 she married Steven Parker in Minneapolis. They moved to Rochester in 2003 to be near their sons.  Mr. Parker, a retired Portec machinist, died October 1, 2005.  Ann enjoyed cooking and was a member of Pax Christi Catholic Church.

Survivors include two sons, Bob Parker and Jeff (Nancy) Parker both of Rochester; two grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Segan of Chisholm.  She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and two sisters.
