Andrew Allen Sean Preap, age 19 of Rochester passed away on August 12, 2013.

Andrew was born on February 28, 1994 in Rochester. Growing up in Rochester, he attended Mayo High School.  The love of his life was his daughter Aubrey. He was known as a caring and loyal man who loved his family and friends deeply. Andrew had the greatest smile and sense of humor.  He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Andrew is survived by his longtime girlfriend Molly, a daughter Aubrey, his parents Souk and Nita Vongphakdy of Rochester, Reth Preap of Massachusetts his grandparents Roger Watson and Alice Murphy (Greg) of Rochester and Sean Preap and Voeuth Chhin of Rochester, sister Niveah, great grandmother Alice Olson of Rochester, uncles and aunts- Larry Watson (Samantha), Matthew Watson (Grace), Nancy Watson, Jennifer Murphy, Matthew Murphy, Vuth Preap, Savann Preap, Ry Preap, Navy Preap, Sin Preap, Joe Preap, Sim Preap, Rouen Preap  and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents.

A funeral service for Andrew will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 16, 2013 at Gethsemane Lutheran Church of Rochester with Pastor Mark Nienow officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at The River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home and one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
